Need a hand?

SEND IT is built for shared golf competitions: create the match, choose a course and tee, add players, draw teams, share each player's scoring link and follow the live leaderboard.

Convert an Index for the tees?

Use the 18-hole Course Handicap calculator for the unrounded tee conversion before competition allowances. It does not give your final Playing Handicap.

How many Stableford points?

Use the free Stableford points calculator to check one hole, with gross-to-net examples and format limits.

Two, three or four-player scramble allowance?

Use the scramble handicap calculator to check the recommended weighted Course Handicap total for the selected team size before event rounding. Confirm your event format and final allowance with the organiser.

Score not appearing?

  1. Confirm you are using your own player scoring link.
  2. Check you are on the correct round.
  3. Enter the gross score and tap Save round.
  4. Reopen the shared leaderboard if it has been left in the background for a long time.

Course not found?

Try the course's full name or a shorter distinctive part of the name. SEND IT also tolerates common name variants such as “La” / “Lo”. A course can only be used when a complete supported 18-hole scorecard is available.

Lost your competition?

If you are the organiser, use My Trips on the same device/browser used to save the competition. Players do not need an account.

Sharing safely

The leaderboard link is intended for viewing. Player scoring links and the organiser/admin link contain access tokens, so only share those with the intended people.

Privacy or deletion request

Read the SEND IT privacy policy. For a deletion request, keep the competition link available so the competition can be identified; do not publish the organiser/admin token in a public forum.

App Store support

For issues that cannot be resolved with the guidance above, use the developer contact shown on the SEND IT App Store listing and include the competition name, device model, iOS version and a short description of what happened. Never include an organiser/admin token in a public message.
